JohnnyBDesign.com creates entertaining point-and-click games that you can play online in a web browser (requires Macromedia Flash) or as stand-alone downloads for both Mac and PC. There are currently two games available, both starring Detective Jack French.
In All Roads Lead to Paradise, a young Japanese woman is found in her apartment, dead of an apparent insulin overdose. Was it an accident? Suicide? Murder?
In The Good Dr Ferrer, a brilliant and prosperous physician has been murdered, and the most obvious suspect has been killed in a mysterious car accident. Was it really an accident? Or was it murder, too?
Both episodes are delightful point-and-click adventure mystery games, with simple but well-done graphics, engrossing storylines, and quite good voice acting.
An additional episode in the series, Jack French and the 7 Dwarfs, is in development, as well as an upcoming game starring a new character, Agent Scarecrow.
